A tale of two regimes—and protests
I saw a Farsi tweet the other day:
These Israeli protests have an interest point to them: Nobody called them seditionists; nor did anyone called them mercenaries embarrassing us before the martyrs; nor were they accused of turning the country into Syria; nor were they called apostates for insulting Moses and breaking [religious] norms. My friends, this is democracy.
These are what Iranians have been accused of for years.
